We specialize in coordinating weddings in Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex, London, and throughout the UK.

How does it work?

We begin planning with you 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Upon signing contracts:

• Receive our ultimate planning toolkit as a gift.

6 weeks prior to your wedding day:

• Receive our coordination questionnaire.

4-5 weeks before the wedding:

• Conduct a consultation at your venue to discuss all the details of your wedding day and ensure it runs exactly as you envision.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all details are included and check timings.

2-4 weeks before the wedding:

• Create a timeline to ensure everything is accurately mapped out.

On the Day:

• Up to 11 hours of on-the-day coordination with one planner and one assistant.

* On-the-day tasks include:

Setup and styling, as needed, such as table plans, table settings, and furniture.
Supervising the arrival of all elements for the day and addressing any issues.
Managing the schedule of events until the first dance.

Ensuring you have all necessary support throughout the day, acting as your right-hand. person to make sure your day is extra special.
